To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Unboxing video (uncut/unedited) is must, without unboxing video refund request will not be accepted. You will also need the receipt/bill or proof of purchase. We will offer a full refund or replacement upon verification of the damage.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or offer a refund.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, or you received the wrong item.
- Pack the Item: Ensure that the item is securely packaged and includes all original labels and tags. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the Item: Send the return to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
